Re-set Online Class Password Information (Thinkific Platform)
If you have forgotten your password and are locked out of your account, DO NOT CREATE A 2ND ACCOUNT. You can trigger a reset password email right from your site sign in page!
- Go to the THA Thinkific site (https://education.tnmha.org/)
- Select 'Sign In'.
- Enter the email address you used to create your educational account, then select 'Forgot Password'.
- Click Submit.
- Check your email inbox for a password reset email with further instructions. The password reset email will come from noreply@notify.thinkific.com or notifications@notify.thinkific.com.
If you are having any issues with this email, here are a few things to try:
- If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder.
- If you requested a password reset multiple times, only the most recent reset email will work. Make sure to click the reset link on the most recent email you have received.
- If you don't remember which email address you used, try all email addresses you might have used to create your account.
- The reset password email is valid for 6 hours. If you have not reset your password within this period or if you have submitted multiple requests, you will see a reset token failed message when using the password reset link provided in the email. Make sure to reset your email within the 6 hours and use the most recent password email you receive.

2024 Licensing Education - Deadlines
Processing Notice
The 2024 online lessons/videos will be available through December 6th. Access to the 2024 class modules on the online platform will begin archiving at 4:00 pm CST and all modules should be completely archived by 5:00 pm CST. There will be no exceptions. Please take note of the following year end deadlines and mark your calendar accordingly:
Initial Licensing:
- In order to reserve a state exam testing appointment, you must successfully complete your curriculum and have an exam date scheduled with the 3rd party testing company (Morris & McDaniel), for completion by Friday, 12/06/2024. Morris & McDaniel will not schedule testing appointments after 12/06/2024, without an additional fee. Here is the Required Preparation for State Exams.
- Fee scale for late or cancelled exams: (Candidates that wait until on or after December 7th to schedule their test will pay an additional scheduling fee. $8 or $12 depending on how soon they schedule their test time. There is a $40.00 no show fee for candidates. Rescheduling an exam less than two hours in advance will incur an additional $12 on-demand scheduling fee.)
- The State of Tennessee, Commerce & Insurance, will accept license application packages through 12/13/2024. The last two weeks of December are set aside for processing, recording and reporting. Packages received after 12/13/2024, will be processed in early January.
Continuing Education (CE):
- If you need to get your license/certification renewals processed before the end of the year, you must successfully complete your 2024 CE curriculum by close of business (5:00 pm CST) Friday, 12/06/2024. The State of Tennessee, Commerce & Insurance, will accept renewal packages through 12/13/2024. The last two weeks of December are set aside for processing, recording and reporting. Renewal packages received by the state after 12/13/2024, will be processed in early January.
THA Administrative Notes:
- THA 2024 CE course curriculums and testing will begin archiving at 4:00 pm CST and archive completed by 5:00pm CST on Friday 12/06/2024. This allows one week to get your documentation in to the State of Tennessee, before their 12/13/2024 processing deadline.
- THA will reserve the time between 12/06 - 12/31/2024, for year end state reporting; as well as finalizing and onboarding the 2025 course curriculums.
- Course fees are non-refundable, non-transferrable.
